The role and judgement to conduct reexam for some students and announcing of councilling and consequently admission for the students selected admission into the MBBS course prove one-sidedness in judgement and helplessness of sc.Not only this ,that some agents or individuals or governmental personals are there or try to persuade the process of judicial system and also aiming to escape from judiciary circle . Apparently our central authority and possibly agency like NTA do not expect for reneet.These are the reasons why our sc seems to fail in presenting a good injunction on behalf of the Major number of students.Unfortunately the sc is going astray and on the way to brink of its democratic judiciary nature.That some unseen and un identified leading influencing power is involved is now proved. We are really most unfortunate to think about the tragic state of our supreme court.Alse ! Our sc !our judicial system! Our constitution ! Now the procedure of the sc felt self contradictory and proves inconsistent .
