Sir in q.17 no opacity in RI fossa,,, further history of some surgery 1 year back.. and one option was sub acute intestinal obstruction (because of adhesion).. although pnemobillia points towards gall stone illeus
@KingDoc1113 жыл бұрын
It's B USG perhaps because there was no mention of foreign body but just eye injury. Any type of USG needs probe to come in contact with the tissue surface which can further aggregate the injury. MRI doesn't need probe and I checked in exam that there was no mention of foreign body. So MRI and metallic foreign body concept doesn't apply here.

16q: coronal section given . There is shortening of limb . Identify the cause . History of tb is present

Sir 9th ques had 2 x-rays and in them clearly the nasogastric tube was going towards the right side suggest of gastric volvulus
@drkarangupta47523 жыл бұрын
Yes true
@arjunbv5303 жыл бұрын
The history of the patient was not pointing to gastric volvulus. And there was clearly air under the diaphragm and h/o abdominal distension.I was also confused with these two options.
