Last week i saw a graph on Govt of india's official website that indians geriatric population is going to rise after 2030 and pediatrics population will peak in 2025 and after that it will going to decrease...this demographic transition will help md geriatric doctors in increasing patient load for them. On a different note this is the best time to chase in and invest in health sector, government should increase increase MD/MS seats so that we as nation can recieve full benefit of demographic dividend.

I really feel you shouldn't categorise branches saying low score and all in the video for aspirants. It may create an inferiority complex internally and they will feel like they have to settle for something less. Each branch has its own unique value and we need good Doctors in each branch. Some people get depressed and in extreme condition commit suicide bcoz they can’t handle pressure. MD medicine is hectic no matter which college you take. I you wan’t good work life balance, go for radiology and if rank is lower then go after pediatrics.
