Sir ,Please solve my query If anyone who is alloted a seat in all india counseling round 1 , then he opt for upgradation in round 2, but seat doesn't upgraded in round 2 then is he eligible for opt for upgrading in round 3 ? If Yes, then should he again go to the college which is alloted in round 1 ,after round 2 result in which he didn't get upgraded?
