...we cant increase our knowledge due to patients frequency is very less...we cant do practice outside to know about some better drugs company...after retairement i saw many railway doctor they have not patient treating ability then other sector doctors...

Now railway have started HMIS and now it is integrated with Ayushman Bharat digital mission programme so now non railway patient will also get treatement through it. Things are changing ,it will take time to change , new people who want to change they will change ..don't stick to what happened .. Finally it's your call .. And if you can't practice outside it's doesn't mean that you can't evolve yourself , it all depends on you ... All these are excuses dear , that I can't practice outside so I don't what new treatment policy came or what changes happen... If you want to learn no body will stop you from it ... It totally depends on person to person ... If you want to lear new things ..go for it .. everyone want new things to happen here

You will get your speciality work only , like OPD ,IPD, casualty .. One more option In every 4-5 years post for direct dmo also come , for that you need to pg and one year experience , their is only interview conducted by UPSC ..
