[Neewer Academy] Camera Slider 3D Printer Time-Lapse

hi, i have the zv-e1, it has no multiport so it cannot connect to a camera via cable (as far as i know).. so i think bluetooth is the only way.. i need to be able to do move - shoot - move as i do long exposures.. do you have any idea if thats possible with any of the neewer sliders and my camera?
