You mean how to calibrate the resistance of the balance wires ? I haven't had a need to do that since it would just be easier to raise or lower the balance setpoints if needed. I think you would only need to calibrate the resistance of the balance wires if you made them a lot longer.

Hi Larry, I also own many Jakipers 48/100ah. I'm having hard time trying to get them charged to 100% soc. This morning one just stopped charging after it reaches 63%, some went up to 90ish and even 100. I'm pretty green regarding solar stuff, so my question is, do that Neey thing would help us about this issue ?

Do you have the software connected to your battery so you can see the status when it stops charging ? One reason it might stop charging is if it went into Ovp over volt protection on a cell. What voltage are you charging at ?

The Neey does make a big difference on balancing cells compared to the built in passive balancer. But before getting a Neey you should figure out what exactly is going on. Also for a bit more $ you can get a JK BMS that has built in active balancing like the Neey though at a lower amps which won't make that much difference .
