1 egg
1 tea glass of oil (125 ml)
1 tea glass of powdered sugar
125 grams margarine or butter
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
3 cups flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa

For the syrup of our cookies, let's take 1 glass of water and 1 glass of sugar into the pot. Let's boil our sherbet by stirring.
Once it starts boiling, it will be enough to keep the sherbet on the stove for 5 minutes. Then, let's take it off the stove and let it cool.
On the other hand, let's take 1 tea glass of powdered sugar, 1 egg, and 125 g of melted butter or margarine into the kneading bowl. Let's whisk all the ingredients well with a wire whisk.
After adding 1 tea glass of oil to the mixture and whisking again, add 3 cups of flour, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 pack of baking powder and 1 pack of vanilla and mix all the ingredients with a spatula.
We need to get a medium soft cookie dough. That's why I recommend adding the flour as a control.
Our dough came together very well. Let's tear off pieces of dough the size of walnuts and roll them with our hands.
Let's place the cookies we shaped, spaced apart, on the baking tray lined with baking paper.
Let's bake our cookies in the oven preheated to 200 degrees on a fanless setting for 10 minutes.
At the end of the time, let's take the cookies out of the oven and after the first heat comes out, dip them into the warm syrup and let them sit for a few seconds.
Then, let's transfer our cookies to a baking dish or serving plate. If both the syrup and the cookies are hot at this stage, your cookies may become doughy.
