Athil 2 masam repeated layers of thinking aayirunnu Result......3 months mild head ache all times Gastric problems....depression One unknown guy in chat told me its tension head ache.. I realised where i'm...stopped all thinking ...chnged life with exercise diet and saw motivation videos.. Recovered in months......it gave a good damage to my body...cured after 5 years... After that i never overthing...i.think let it God.. Read holybook.....when tensed........done prayer ...etc After that i never let me in any viscious loops of thoughts... ...

Also, structure your day with clear goals and schedules to minimize idle time, and practice grounding techniques like deep breathing or focusing on your surroundings to stay connected to the present moment.
