It is a pity that I will never hear the best dialogues of both characters in the first version of the Polish dubbing from 1994. My greatest regret is because the Polish TV station TVP1 has never broadcast a rerun of this series with the first dubbing in Poland since they decided to cancel further episodes just after 8 episodes. I think it is unfair not only for me, but also for all Polish fans of this amazing series.

But in "The secret origins of Darkwing Duck" an older version of DW recounts his origin story, and either misremembers it or lies to make it sound more interesting, and in that episode he claims Negaduck is his "cousin". But it's obviously not accurate information, since that whole episode was just one big superman parody joke.
