I love this piece and this beautiful colourful video. The music has an air of freshness that is so naturally complemented by the light filled colourful relaxed vibe room. The music has this feeling of colour and relaxed flow too, meaning you make it look gentle and easy with your incredible relaxed and flowing technique. I am amazed and uplifted. I just found this video and watched it 5 times in a row. Thank you, I feel lighter, uplifted and inspired.

Really beautiful! Can anyone help me understand how to identify what type of oud this is? I know there are different kinds from different regions (arabic, turkish, syrian, persian/iranian)? Which kind would this be?

This oud is made by Mohammad Taghi Arafati, a well established lutier in Iran. Negar Bouban adopted this oud for many years as her main instrument so you can find many videos from her playing it online. Or look for "Arafati Oud" online to link to the luthier's facebook & instagram.
