I have a question. I’m 20, and got the nexplanon about a year ago. It’s working amazingly for me- no periods! But recently, my breasts have gotten very heavy and tender and I feel movement in my belly-its pretty bloated and hard in the lower abdomen. I took a test and it was negative. Any idea why?

I'm new here and glad to be part of the family. I have a question. My period started last year on 23rd November and upto now i haven't seen my period. I tested for pregnancy it's negative both blood and urine but honestly i have all the pregnancy signs. I'm so confused at this point. I'm not on any contraceptive. Thank you 😊
