This is the Best Low cost housing Society by Far. Commander Zakir Sahab have done so many things for this Project. I am Client since 2021. And I am very satisfied. Everyone should follow the rules in City for the Betterment. It will be good for everyone.

This Society start in 2018, 80 yards banglow 12lac 120 yards banglow 16lac And then it develop so fast. Then every year they do Expo and give package of low cost housing and also half price scheme. But main value of property increase day by day due to inflation. You are talking about main rate of 120 yards banglow installment. I think 2 month ago they have given 80 yards banglow in 33 lac in which include everything.
