Anna this is one of those sessions where you instantly press 👍🏽✨ as soon as it starts. I feel this was needed cuz it's so much negativity in the world right now. I think prayer and meditation really works for me. Thanks sharing that beautiful story about the comment you got about your work from an acquaintance of yours. Feel proud cuz you are making a difference in this lifetime. I appreciate you speaking on the self doubt too. You been a great help to me in that way. I'm happy that these videos are help others too. It is like taking a deep breath and saying okay. On another level, which is what I think you were mentioning, it is like to see a tiny bug flying and be absolutely in love with it. This was very needed today, Anna. Thank you. It’s only Wednesday and it’s already been an extremely stressful week, both at work and personally. Sometimes it feels like I’m drowning in negativity, like ocean waves crashing over my head, trying to pull me under. Your videos are always so helpful, both here and on your Patreon channel. It feels like a lifeline being thrown to me, not for you to save me, but so that I can pull myself out of the waves.
