"Clearing Your Chakras" ASMR REIKI Whispered & Personal Attention Healing Session

I have sleep apnea and I've been trying to relax before bedtime. I've been searching for meditation channels that help and I find this channel to be helpful. While it's hard for me to stay asleep without me losing oxygen and waking up, I put 8 hour meditation videos on and wake up to relaxing meditation. I'll keep watching this channel

As a family doctor, if you are “losing oxygen” and waking up, you should bring that to the attention of whoever manages your sleep apnea. You either need your machine settings adjusted and/or you need to have oxygen bled into the line. Don’t delay!

Anna this is what I call elegant Reiki 😊🙏🏼✨️ The whispering is helpful. Although your regular speaking voice gives great healing too. I feel more than 10% better when you use the pompous grass. It has a soothing tingle vibe. I appreciate you explaining what it does for our chakras. Also my productivity and creativity has improved since our last visit here. So thanks for being supportive my friend! Glad your workshop is a success. My intention for this session is that you and everyone chakras stay full of peace and abundance. I love your top it fits perfectly 10/10. I've been living alone since Dec. of 22' which has been really hard despite being a somewhat independent guy, this session hits a thousand triggers pampas grass was a major part of my old garden when I was in my 20's (the standard size that's good to 0°F) it's been so cold in the Southern Midwest it didn't get above freezing for a full week thank you, thank you, thank you for the warmth Anna! ❤️‍🔥👑🕊️
