You are rock-star as a teacher & I appreciate the lesson 100%. U have given me the courage to switch to Linux at 60+ yrs old feeling like I can conquer any issue that arise. I had minor issue with doing the example in Linuxmint with setfacl with the file in your example when I put it in the tmp directory it wouldn't allow to me to edit the file despite doing your example + I researched the issue articles says that Ubuntu system with sticky bit require to create another directory under tmp in order supposedly to achieve the same thing. If you know. Thanks, I plan to join in the future as basic.
