Her neighbor put up a trellis to block her windows. He said he owned the land. She said it’s her property, and the neighbor dispute got worse, so she turned to Help Me Howard with Patrick Fraser.

No malicious acts on her part, to prevent any possible lawsuit, just paint his side to look like a boring, neutral stucco or something. Her side could be anything - a beautiful mural melding the view into a realistic beach, park, forest or something calming and lovely. Endless, rolling, grassy fields of life would do nicely. Yep. The "bedroom-like" rooms did not have windows, so legally could not be called bedrooms, and legally should not be used as such - as it is a fire hazard. This is an assisted living facility - he put all of their lives in danger. Had a civilian done this - they would have been in jail.

I'll explain it this way , years ago I could get a job anywhere and then all of a sudden ,I as an American could not get work because I didn't speak Espanol as a simple factory worker making minimum wage . And in a few years those European countries had so many Muslims that the Muslims were able to change the local laws of their new country into adopting Muslim laws .For example women were now forbidden to swim in a public pool with men present . Days were made to have men only swimming days and vice versa . I am old enough now to see the change that took over California. Today , if you are a white American in some cities, you will experience prejudice from the immigrants who wave their homeland country flag and give the finger to our flag . You have to sue and go to court. This happened to my family. The neighboring property owner had his relative change the survey stealing 5 acres of land. We sued, and he lost. And yes, his cousin was the sheriff.

She doesn’t need to sue him. She needs to go directly to the DA and press criminal charges for vandalism, trespassing, destruction of private property, and littering. Littering for leaving those plants on her property. Then she needs to get a permit for a 10 foot high divider fence, and have a surveyor from the county come out the same day the fence company is there and mark EXACTLY where she can put up the fence. Once it is up, then put up security cameras that can watch the fence line from front and back to catch him vandalizing it. Then she can have him ARRESTED for destruction of private property.
