JJ was trying to get the girls to admit that their dogs were pulling them. That's why they were forced to run and that's why one girl fell. The girls successfully avoided admitting that. They've clearly been coached & have practiced their excuses. Dogs that run & pull while on a leash have not been properly trained. And it's especially important for large dogs that can make you fall & get hurt...and vitally important for a large dog that's aggressive. It's not hard to train them. It just takes time & patience. A lot of comments about why judge judy allowed the whispers to lead the cousin, I'll tell you why. JJ already knew that the defendant is responsible because you have to be capable of controlling your dog. If you can't control your dog, then the parents should have. So ultimately the defendant would be responsible 100% anyway. The whole case to this point is about who she's dealing with, with the plaintiff. Did the plaintiff antagonize the defendant dog? The answer is no. So ultimately the defendant is and was always going to, before the case even started, was going to pay for it.

Anything you want to add to our List? For those who want to comment, "It's not the breed, it's the Owner," I can literally show you the data on the impact of inbreeding, the evolution of dog-fighting on the lines of these animals, the actually "hinge" of the jaw that makes them "lock" and nearly impossible to break open, the Weapon they've been bred to be---and there's no rhyme or reason to their, "He just snapped!" moment. STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL dogs, no question. TOTALLY evil the way they've been used and abused. But we should eradicate the breed, sterilize and penalize those who continue to propigate the species---there are over 350+ breeds of dog worldwide.
