I think it has to be the other way round because they said he should have known to move away. That makes me think their has been previous issues with their dog. If you know your dog is well behaved and service dogs are trained to be you don't run off the moment another person walking a dog comes along. I also noticed the very entitled daughter saying her dog was pulling and she was trying to pull him away and slipped, so her dog was clearly the instigator.

That breed is a working dog and is highly advised by professional dog trainers to not own as family pets nor companionship. They need tons of exercise which I doubt that man can provide. @aswaswasw2323
@aswaswasw2323 Жыл бұрын
@sandybruce9092 that doesn't stop smaller dogs from attacking by the way. My American bulldog boxer mix gets attacked by smaller dogs in our neighborhood who ran free while he's on leash. Given that the other dog they had didn't attack I would assume the defendants dogs aren't aggressive or being raised that way. When she fell and the other dog was barking the mastiff did what they do, protect. The girls are still at fault for not being aware and proactive. He could very well have an aggressive dog as they say, but the girls didn't practice awareness. It's that simple. If u knew a neighbor who had aggressive dogs and one day your dog gets into a fight with them yall would be upset too and not want to pay. But the reality is, you have to be proactive.
@NejiijeN

@@aswaswasw2323 dogs are held to the same standard as people. If someone is yelling at my wife so I get protective and attack them, I’m in the wrong. If one dog barks and another dog attacks them, the attacking dog is in the wrong.

@aswaswasw2323 Жыл бұрын
@@NejiijeN if a dog is aggressive and runs towards me while i wasnt paying attention barking, I would want my dog to defend me. I don't know what that dog is gonna do. Just because a dog is barking at the moment doesn't mean they won't act. The fact of matter is I still said it was the girls fault for not being proactive. Dogs will be dogs. In your perspective the defendants dog is wrong. But I for one believe that if the plantiffs dogs were barking before contact then it could be a possibility it was historically an aggressive dog since the defendants seem upset because they know his dog to be aggressive. Again when your suing someone you wouldn't tell the court you have an aggressive dog. Yet like I stated before, they have responsibility to not have their dog in that situation to begin with, hence why they should have surveyed the environment and gone a different direction.
@NejiijeN
@NejiijeN Жыл бұрын
@@aswaswasw2323 now you’re adding stipulations. At first, it was barking. Now it’s running at you? Just like my human example, if someone was yelling at my wife, I won’t attack them. If they’re running at her clearly showing aggression, then it’s reasonable to assume they want to commit harm and I can step in. There’s nothing to indicate the plaintiffs dog did anything, including barking. The defendants just wanted to make a blanket statement that his dog was aggressive, despite being a service dog, with no proof. And even if he had been aggressive in the past, it’s a non factor in the case, since whether she lost control or not, her dog initiated the violence.

But you noticed the cousin was quiet! She knew what happened and didn't contribute all the who shot John they were pulling at the end. How on earth is the man responsible in any way for just standing there with his dog when some other people's dog crosses the street and attacks his dog?

Unlike Peoples Court Judge Judy NEVER says, "I order you to pay" or "pay the defendant" she always says judgment in favor of whoever wins because the show pays any reward.

The girls barely weigh a 120 pounds themselves and the dogs are more powerful than them.... The way the daughter rolled her eyes kept raising her hand and slammed it back on the Podium is an example of how she exit home and her mother and father allow her attitude.

People should just take responsibility. It's not even like the vet bill for the plaintiff's dog was that much. Just do the right thing and pay the cost, and then move on.

I specifically searched for your comment to give you props on being right! And as predicted, Judy didn't take it in consideration since they weren't there, and the daughter had already claimed they had no previous incidents with the dog. Too late to backtrack!

JJ is a retired judge, but if that girl ever goes before a criminal court judge with that attitude she'll see how well her entitled attitude plays out, and it's likely she'll eventually end up in front of a criminal court judge given her attitude and the parents...need I say more?

Another example of irresponsibility on the parents is thinking their daughter can handle and control the weight and force of their 95 lb dog and denying responsibility of their dog attacking the man's dog. Stupid parenting taught their daughter not to take responsibility in life situations.
