People in two Coon Rapids, Minnesota neighborhoods have described him as a monster who has made their lives miserable. For police, he’s a usual customer who they have encountered on more than 80 police calls in the last few years, generating 800 pages in police reports since 2016. To his mother, he’s the victim of a conspiracy among his neighbors.

When people are in trouble it’s all about rights unfortunately all the fighting for your rights mostly protects the criminals. Nothing will be done until someone is actually hurt can’t blame the police they take you to jail they can’t keep them there from there it’s all about your rights. And unfortunately the criminals have just as much rights as you do.

No, more like Colorado DEA agent Brian Neil, who pulled his gun and threatened some teenagers over a minor traffic matter (neither vehicle was damaged, or even touched - Officer Brian just didn’t like the way the teens were within their rights to drive on the same road as himself). Or Texas Officer Eric Anthony Stoneburner, who took issue with the way a black woman was driving. So he shot her. Repeatedly. Or Colorado Officer Timothy Runnels, who put the son of fellow Officer Investigator Bryan Masters in a coma when the investigator’s son tried to explain to Officer Runnels why the passenger window of the car he was sitting in, wouldn’t roll down “all the way”. So the enraged Officer Tim Runnels busted out the window, hauled the 16 year-old out of the car through the passenger-side window’s opening, threw him to the ground and tazed him repeatedly. When the teenager’s heart stopped, Officer Runnels told horrified bystanders, ‘That’ll teach him.” Young Bryce Masters sustained permanent brain damage and today lives with his parents, where he will likely remain the rest of his life due to the injuries he sustained at the hands of Officer Tim Runnels.

as a mother we will always defend out child no matter what age they are, but yes i agree this is enabling, he was removed by courts from one area and placed at his mother's and the same behavior is going on, this means to stop this the police need to not hand out small charges, they need to grow balls and preceed to deem him a community threat and obviously for two area's that are involved even though he is no longer at the old address the behavior is still there, that's like taking garbage from one place and putting it in another , it's still garbage, and mom is probably scared of him too, my boys are all over 6' and im only 5' but i tell them i'm closer to your knee caps and i have good aim so don't push your luck, and if they understrand mom has the right to respect they will behave, this guy has brain injury, not anyone's fault, but the injury obviously rearranged his though process and now if he can't be fixed or managed, lock him up not jail, treatment centre till he is well

and just so others don't attack me for my comments, my youngest son was caught with 2 other boys in a stolen car at the age of 15, when the cops called me and asked what my opinion was and what they thought they should do as it was his first offense, i told them lock him up, throw away the key, and teach him a lesson, because the lesson he gets when he gets home is going to be harder then what you can give him, they sent him home and when i was done yelling and threatening him with a life time of punishment, he never did it again, or like when my oldest daughter ran away in love with her boyfriend at 14, the cops when they found her gave her a choice, why did she run, grounded for a $1000 telephone bill, and boyfriend though i was too tough on her, so cops brought her home and she said she didn't want to be there, so they told her they could keep her or she could stay at home she chose to go with them and in 24 hrs calling begging to come home because jail wasn't where she wanted to be, and the cops told her better to be grounded with extra chores and yelling from mom then jail but she didn't believe till she tasted the inside some times tough love is all the kids today understand, they say they have rights, but really no, until they can by their own way in life, who ever is looking after them has the rights, and kids need to earn the right to respected

The police lied when they said they couldn’t do anything. It is not legal to threaten anyone’s life and doing so usually leads to a minimum of a 72 hour hold for a mental health diagnosis. In California it’s called a 5150. Often times the police say they can’t do anything because they take the DA’s job of deciding whether or not there’s enough to press charges. The cops in the situation you mentioned should be held accountable for being lazy.

How does that solve the problem? I live in a duty-to-retreat country, and I was put in a position wherein I couldn't retreat. I grievously wounded my assailant. It did not make me happy. And I have flashbacks of hurting another person to this day. I can't imagine living in a place wherein I had easy access to handguns, I'd be destroyed if I had to kill. I was (and feel) justified in my actions, but it does not help. I've permanently disabled someone. And I'll carry that for the rest of my life.

Always remember the three Ds when dealing with this kind of person: document, document, document! Ensuring an abundance of videos that show this guy being a danger to himself or others will likely be the best way to persuade a judge to issue an involuntary commitment order to get him off the street. The use of deadly force is authorized if the recipient subject of such force poses an imminent threat of death or serious bodily injury. Just remember that the aftermath of using force can be very nasty as well.

Finally one night he was sitting in his truck on a downtown street with approximately 100 people going about their business. Someone shot and killed him, yet no one saw anything. Every one of the neighbors should stand up to him. If the police can only do so much with threats. It truly sucks when these people are trying so desperately to "do the right thing" and go through the appropriate channels and the police say that the only time that they really could do anything is if he makes good on one of these threats. Who the hell wants to wait for that to happen. Buy some pepper spray, and I mean the bear pepper spray and should he ever approach you, warn him, and if he doesn't listen, spray his ass! You are protecting yourself and your family. You have a right to do that.
