Wow I can really relate to these poor people. I had three Neighbors From Hell. Who lived across the street renting out part of the house and then using the garage as an office for psychotherapy. She had no waiting room so all the people ended up on my lawn or in front of my house fighting with each other because they're unstable. Then the guy next door had four dogs he let them bark non-stop couldn't even go outside to eat because the dogs were always out there barking. Had another neighbor on the other side of me with one dog. Same thing let the dog out and just let him bark all day long. Couldn't even sit in our backyard. It was a nightmare. It helped make a dent in my marriage also. I was very sick and my husband was going through his issues. I know the neighbors from hell no consideration I don't know how they could stand the constant barking. We got divorced and sold the house and said goodbye. I've never seen anything like it. The things the landlord across the street had to say to me or vile and disgusting. She said she hoped my children were born retarded. After she said that I found out that she had a daughter that was disabled. I can't even fathom the way that poor kid was probably treated. This woman was mentally ill and just horror. It's over now thank God I'm in a nice quiet neighborhood but the law protects the guilty, not the victim

Domestic abuse situations where people were being stalked and abused for years or murdered because restraining orders do nothing. Situations where dangerous people get minor charges and then go on crime sprees when they should be in jail. I have been selling Security Systems and Cameras for 23 years. I hear these stories all the time. My advice. Don’t talk to or confront the bully. They hate being ignored. In a note book document time and date of everything said or done. Call the police and show them your note book. The police should then talk to the bully. If problem persists keep going back to the police but remember do not talk to or confront the bully.

Had a neighbor like this once that police were well aware of so already he was on the wrong side. I ended up getting him so mad one time hoping he would swing at me, exactly where I wanted him. Made sure there were witnesses and even fell to the ground to make it look good. That was all I needed for a self defense claim. I beat the brakes off that man, I whaled on him for 3 minutes straight. I waited 4 years for that moment. He never called the cops because he knew he swung first and fell into my trap. He never said a word to me after that, occasionally flipping me off when he drove by but that’s fine, I would just wave at him and smile.. lol was hella worth it.

This time he took it the extra mile and became a physical threat to me...so yeah bud when you come into someone’s personal space with your fists clenched and you take a swing at someone unprovoked, be prepared to find yourself in a fight. If your insinuating that I was a bully, you obviously don’t know me. I hate confrontation and I decided I wasn’t going to be a victim that day. But the Canon XA11/15 are considered pro-level HD cams and run under $2k, I don’t recall off the top of my head but certainly there are decent 4k cams at that price, though Canon/Sony tends to be 3k + for something really good. Not that it wouldn’t be 4k.. but the lens would have to suck and it’d be riddled with issues. I’d spend 400 on an HD Handicam and at least know you get decent quality. (I’m not saying you know this or not, just, I sure as shit wouldn’t trust a 4k that cheap when good HDs are over 1000). Also are they saying the security system was 70? I mean I guess I can see it but goddamn better have a frickin safe room if that’s the home sec budget lmao

This is NOTHING compared to what I have to go thru with my neighbors!!! I just had major brain surgery and they keep coming over to my house and bringing me home made cookies and treats that are delicious, especially these coconut ones that you can put on ice cream and microwave just a little bit and they melt oh so nice. When I was gone for the surgery they came over to my house and took ALL MY MAIL and saved it until I got back from surgery then the moment I got back to my house they came running over with all my mail and gave it back to me. They text me if they haven't seen me out and about in a while and make sure that I am "okay". This is just the beginning of all their treachery. Oh the pain and anguish I go thru. Did I mention they go to my church too? My goodness.

My friend had a neighbor who would play music extremely loud outside on weeknights. He would urinate in his yard and shoot guns at a stump while he was drunk. She called the police on him several times. It escalated because the police couldn't do anything. Then he started walking around his yard in a speedo and whenever my neighbor was outside, he would expose himself to her. Whenever she would try to sit on her deck, he would get a chair and face it toward her from his backyard and stare and say things. He would yell things at her, and every time the police were called by her or other neighbors, he would stand and beat his chest like Tarzan and yell "I win" at them when the police left without doing anything. She bought surveillance cameras and took pics with her cell phone. Then she found out he didn't own his house like she had been told. He rented it. She found out who owned it and basically harassed them until they made him move out. She also had to take him to court over exposing himself. She lived with that nightmare for a long time before being able to get him out. There should be better laws about harassment from neighbors.

Because bullies made the law. Police really are pretty useless for most crime. Although it's not their fault. You really do have to solve your own problems. The only thing the cops really care about are violent crimes, crimes perpetrated against businesses, or drug and alcohol related crime. Someone broke into my house about 8 years ago, nothing, someone hit and ran my neighbors cadi, nothing. I even watched it happen and gave then a dead accurate description of the driver and vehicle, no arrest. No time spent looking or investigating. The guy was driving a ford bronco 2. How many of those are even left on the road in blue and silver? 30 minutes at the DMV and a detective probably could have nearly solved it. Nothing. If it wasn't for my brothers kids I would keep my rifle loaded and sitting next to my bed. I'm done with the police. They don't help. Another one is my buddy who just got out of being in lockup for 5 days because his ex gf violated her restraining order by walking into his job. Cops arrest my buddy for violating her restraining order. Nope, the law is useless unless you're rich or well connected.

If all you've done is had verbal altercations with your neighbor, there is NO need to disclose that when you go to sell. That's horrible advice. I doubt you even need to disclose it if there's been a police report filed. Contact an actual attorney in your area if you have questions.

i got neighbors from left to right more often than not always making random partys and drinking and end around 5am in the morning really disgusting people with no respect for others , loud shouting can be hear from my window from this people its really annoying and just plain foreigners!!!!

I’ve been dealing with a neighbour from hell for 12 years. Finally giving what he deserves in the form of an 8ft fence down the middle of his driveway (which is on my property) 🤣🤣🤣

Cops say, "We can't do anything." That's not true. In most, if not all states, there are harassment laws, if you can prove it. The videos do just that. The cops should be citing the neighbor every time they are called out and the video shows that the neighbor has committed an unlawful act. After about the fifth appearance before a judge and his fifth $500.00 fine, he may get the picture that he needs to knock off the crap.

Example, but it's real, lets say your out of town for 6-8 months, and when you return to your homestead, after about 3-2 weeks, you notice something strange in the house, start hearing the Neighbor Psycjotic Wife all over the interior of the house, one of there family members, pick the lock and put mics and spy camera's in every room in the house, now this is low down, and in the bible you suppose to love thine neighbor.....

Yeah its also kinda sad that a dude prancing on his own property is seen as aggression to his neighbor. I mean, let that sink in, 99% of what he is doing is simply existing in an odd (and entertaining to outsiders ) sorta manner. Think about that. Thats not a good precedent to set.

@phong understand that sometimes people mess with people because they were provoked first. The guy may not have ever wanted to interfere with his neighbors, but their constant prodding and provocation caused him to react the only way he knew how.
