Rex is definitely a violent psychopath but do not underestimate psychopaths as they are often highly intelligent. Talking to oneself is a trait of highly intelligent people in general. It’s not necessarily a sign of being mentally ill. People suffering from schizophrenia may exhibit similar behaviors but it’s not talking to themselves, more talking to someone or something that isn’t there. Please educate yourself and be less judgmental based upon a clear lack of knowledge.

I understood him. Glad he spoke out and listened to his instincts. The interviewee deserves a better interview regardless of him having to handle the ‘situation’ with Rex. He’s not on trial for taking care of a situation with his clearly ‘hyper focused’ creepy neighbor. But it can feel like it of you say you had heated words man-to-man style. Anyone saying crap, hasn’t had to handle things in their own neighborhood or lives in an HOA white picket fence delusion.
