Any neighbor with even an ounce of pride will see this and think, "Gee, maybe I oughtta clean up my yard, too!" Sometimes it only takes a small rock to start an avalanche, and you, Stockman, are just the kind of person whose actions can lead to big changes. Mad respect.

Can I tell you something, it used to be, people used to help each other. When a neighbor became unable to take care of their own yard they had plenty of family and friends who would come help and the neighbors would mow for them and help them out. I remember very elderly people still puttering around in their yards and taking care of nice gardens. Now days young people do not take care of their own people let alone help a neighbor. It's really become a very different world than it use to be.

If you felt you needed to take the time to harass and threaten someone, then you're not busy enough. Better yet, why didn't you use the time to help your neighbor? I'm simply amazed that the dumpster wasn't filled to the brim with stuff when it sat overnight. Anytime we had a dumpster delivered for our use the entire neighborhood thought we rented it for them. LOL! Wonderful job, I bet you sleep like a rock after such a HUGE job. Well done!

Haha, I rented a dumpster in my dad's neighborhood (similar looking neighborhood to this, but in Kansas City) for a big cleanup of his yard and sheds and thought the same thing. The driver that dropped off the dumpster even said "fill it up before your neighbors do." However, nobody put stuff in it, they actually just dug through it and took stuff out (mostly scrap metal, and scrap lumber).

I already commented while watching this one yesterday about the stairs being replaced and the clearing on the back as well. I am 83 so I know how much Mr Frank appreciated all that you did. Iv'e watched a few others on this channel but you Sean go all the way, fixing the fences, gates, gutters and really trimming around the trees and doing an excellent job getting the fences clean and under control. Bless you Sean and your wonderful family. Those ignorant souls with mean hearts like that man yelling at you, well sir, you showed the best way to handle them.

Mr. Frank and his family expressed their gratitude for helping. The hazardous steps, fallen trees, trash removal and restorations were greatly needed. This episode displayed a myriad of emotions and frustrations but Sean and the Mr. Frank remained calm and determined to not allow negativity to win. Fantastic and inspiring transformation.

My heart goes out to Frank and his family, losing everything in a house fire and not having homeowners' insurance. My family and I have also had a house fire, but we were fortunate to have insurance to help us rebuild. Their sorrow runs deep, no doubt, and your support, no matter how small it may seem, is invaluable and more impactful than you may realize!
