The plaintiff brings her neighbor to court. She claims the defendant is nothing but trouble, and she would call the police on the defendant every day. She says the defendant assaulted her with a baseball bat, so she’s suing for pain and suffering. The defendant argues the plaintiff is the problem. She says she acted in self-defense because the plaintiff came at her with a knife.

The defendant was getting sick and tired of Mathis interruptions while trying to give her testimony and telling her side of the story. That long deep breath and sigh she took was her trying to keep it together and not go off. Nonetheless, it seems as though there was fighting going back and forth on both sides between these two litigants. Surprised that nobody was hurt more than they already were.

It took a while to work out, but as the trial came to an end I realised the plaintiff is mentally insane. The reason she got her head split open was because she attacked the defendant with a knife, and she took the plea deal because she knew she started the altercation.

After the case, the defendant said to the plaintiff about being evicted? What does this have to do with the case? She hasn't been served with an eviction notice, only the landlord can do that, not another tenant. The plaintiff should check with the landlord to see if they are going to be evicted. If the answer is yes, then she will have to appear, but if the answer is no, then the plaintiff should report this as harassment because if she returns home & there is no eviction notice to appear, she does however have the right to report the defendant to the police & have her arrested for making threats & making false statements which you cannot do (I'm thinking plaintiff returns home, checks with the landlord, there is no eviction notice, however, the plaintiff does have the right to move so that way the defendant won't be able to make threats)
