One reason you are becoming one of my favorite makeover guys is your light construction work that you do. It is nice to see the level of detail and going above and beyond in your transformation work that you do. It reminds me of me when I was a younger guy with that kind of energy. Once I hit 70 I certainly slowed down, but I still mow a lot of acres in my community. I am thinking about getting back to a bit more detailing, but at 71 that is hard to do with a weed eater. LOL - If I could afford it I would get a zero turn mower to continue the work. But the older community really appreciates the mowing jobs I do for free. Everyone here owns 5 acre lots and that is a lot to mow by hand. There are limitations in the detailing with a JD3038E and a 6' brush hog. Great job MLS!

Lots of hard work ahead! Several factors to consider when planting your trees and shrubs to make the work easier and ensure plant survival: (1) continue using your drill or hire a farmer with a post hole digger to loosen the soil. If you wet the soil around where you want to dig the soil will soften overnight to ease digging the next day; (2) don't plant the trees too deeply (the root flare should be at the surface); (3) consider adding a bit of soil amendment into the hole as you back fill soil around the trees. Mix well any amendment with native soil; (4) build a shallow well of soil around each hole to keep water from flowing away from your holes; (5) mulch the planted trees to protect from winter freezing and conserve water; (6) water thoroughly after tree planting to settle the soil and remove air pockets; (7) if you can't get them all planted before you must return to the UK consider burying the cluster of remaining pots under a few inches of mulch for the winter and resuming work on your next trip to Italy; (8) Water plants occasionally the first season until roots get established. Good luck!

I'm all itchy from those weeds and grass you dumped on us! Your mower is a beast! Looks grand. Just needed love. Imagine if all the vacant houses were repair - how many families could be housed! Your work slows the deterioration - perhaps the houses will be rescued and folks housed! LMNT is good - glad they sponsored.

Wow! That border reset did make a huge difference in the way the front of the house looks. Great job, as usual.

Those two houses look really cute. It's a shame no one is living in them.

You and your colleagues do what politicians often can’t …. Help in really practical ways at a grassroots (pardon the attempted pun) level. Much love to you. That is such a cute little cottage ❤️

That is what people used to do, help each other. Now they just expect the Government to do and pay for everything. And at the same time complain about high taxes.

That doesn't even look like the same property! You definitely made an improvement for the neighborhood. The back even looks amazing. You are an influence to a lot of people and it's all because you go above and beyond everyone's expectations. Thank you. God bless you and your family.👍🤗

I love when the cut grass is raked up and bagged. It makes what you’re doing 100% more satisfying. You do a beautiful job and have such a warm heart and soothing voice when you talk with neighbors.

I go to sleep Sunday night looking forward to Monday morning. Am I supposed to start the day / week with a KZbin video? No, but I can’t help it - you lift me up!

It's so great you can help the brother and sister. The loans and the work needed on the home is a lot of responsibility for someone so young. Hopefully this gives them the break they need to get through college without being overtaken by dept.

Sean, I am a regular viewer. I sincerely pray that your efforts continue to bless all that are experiencing all you do. What a huge statement of selfless servanthood! May you feel Gods strength and His approval and give you favor and good health in return. A sister in Christ.

As I watch your videos, I envision going back in time to be there on the day that the first resident moved into their brand new house (which now is run down). Someone built it, was excited about it, and made a major life change to buy it and love it. How I wish the houses could tell their stories!

Not in all my days would I have ever thought I would sit and watch overgrown property clean-ups! But, you do such a great job and watching the way you section off the property is the right way to do it, in my opinion. I find your channel so satisfying to watch! I'm an OCD match, I guess. You are a terrific guy with a big heart and super work ethic. Glad I happened upon your channel!

Are they behind in mortgage payments and / or property taxes? If there’s any money left over you could help them with that. 🥰 I love the fact that you actually bag up the grass from the sidewalks, streets and driveways instead of just mulching it back into the grass / weeds which leaves a LOT of mulched areas all over otherwise. I understand that you and all of the others do this for free for the homeowners or the neighborhood but you truly go that extra step. It really shows. ❤

I'm so happy for you and the siblings! $40,000! We did it! and then some! I love seeing that smile on your face, so overwhelmed and thankful. God is using you for so many good things. You are right where you need to be right now, and I am THRILLED for you and your family, and every person that receives your blessings. This really was such a cute house. Looks like you are due for another tarp! Yours has some big holes in it. My favorite parts are when you really limb up trees and shrubs, or cut them down. More sunlight is good for the soul and the grass/plants. I KNEW you would do a mini clean up in between the houses... it REALLY made a difference on the overall job., I love this little house. Who knows? It might be the one you're lookin for! Blessings from the great Pacific Northwest, Lakewood, Washington!💛🖤💛
