They race on Embers ever day of the week. There is reckless driving thur out Cape Coal 24/7. I believe that the City encourages speeding as there are residential areas with posted speed limits of 45!

The monetary fines and penalties must INCREASE in order to see any meaningful action. Seize the car and keep it for 30 days. Maybe Paco will think twice next time. Increase the points on the license so their insurance goes up. That will put a dent into the frustrated NASCAR drivers failed dreams...
