Fantastic job, Jase!! You've made a massive difference. I'd love to know the back story to this place. It almost looks like the big trees were planted with some kind of purpose in mind, as they all seem to be carefully spaced and are in a line. What a huge property!! Really quite sad to think of it covered with townhouses or somesuch by a developer.

Like your Aussie accent!! Hardworking guy you are. Suppose it's possible that on of your lawnmower pulleys has gotten out of alignment. Also here in the USA at an auto parts store, they have a cream in a tube called belt dressing, which gives the drive belts more grip on the pulley. All the Best, sir!!

YOU'RE KILLING IT as usual - great work mate. It's interesting that such a massive backyard has remained so empty all these years. No pool, paths, garden, vege patch, or trampoline. Hasn't been subdivided. In Sydney where land is at such a premium, it seems like an anomaly.

Hey Jason 👋 Question for you? In circumstances like that tall crazy 🤪 grass, would it be better to take what you guys call a whipper snipper / weedeater and take it down some. So you won't kill the expensive lawnmower? I really enjoy watching your videos a lot! It's always great to see you. See you on the next video 🤪.

The size of that yard is stunning. All the yards you've mowed have been HUGE ! Here in Calizuela (aka California before it was siezed by commies) We're lucky to have 7,000 SR FT YARD! Many places are less than that! You might get 8 feet between the sides of two houses (4 feet each), and about a car's length from touching the garage door to the sidewalk. Maybe a 10 foot deep back yard. 🤨 That yard, is perfect. I'd have fruit trees, shade trees, flowers, grow some food. It is such a waste that there is nothing growing in most of the yards you've mowed. 😥

The neighbor was probably tossing the branches from those trees back over the fence instead of just throwing them away them selves. I have a neighbor that does that to me. If twigs/branches fall out of one of my trees he throws them over the fence back into my yard. I wouldn't even dare throw his branches back over into his yard.
