Jelly Belly and Lou were the funniest 2 characters on Neighbours and were like a comedy duo. Tom Oliver and Ian Smith just bounced off each other. When Tom first appeared as Lou in 1988 he was laughing a bit after having a bucket of water poured over himself and Jelly Belly whilst feuding over Madge and then fully lost it after Ian shouted ''But Madge''
