When I first saw this, for a split second I thought it was real. They were so convincing. Growing up in London, I knew plenty of guys like these. So, that's why I thought it was real. Once the penny dropped, I couldn't stop laughing. Absolutely brilliant program 👌

Same here. They do seem so genuine with their characters that you'd think that this couldn't be made up. But it is inspired and built from real life people like that Tower Block Dreams documentary.

@@xarmy5669 they copied the whole thing off a reality tv show that charlie sloth was in from 2002. so much for pjdn being original. the series was called tower block dreams and it was filmed in 2002 and 2003. a few episodes are on youtube and just by watching them anyone can see how bad they copied it.

Genuinely this is absolutely fantastic! No wonder this show took off. A part of me wishes they had gone with the characters in the pilot but what we ended up with was of equal brilliance. The negotiating scene was the stand out for me.

@@VALIS538 Oh this episode wasn't originally on KZbin. This was made for BBC Comedy back in 2012 and was the first time ever Kurupt FM made their appearance on the BBC. On iplayer you couldn't watch it anymore. And I spent long time going through so many websites to find one that I could watch and share with the fans. Some geezer who owned the video has it taken down because I had no permission to upload it. I emailed him back and forth too. I deleted the webisodes because was worried about getting more strikes.

@dancyprus6863 No problem and I've been trying to find it for a while since I knew existed from reading the episode list online which showed they had an 2012 episode on BBC Three and there was only one clip on KZbin from it. It took me a while to find and I first uploaded it back in 2017 but it got taken down by one of the people who helped work on the pilot. I just wanted fans of the show to see it as its really rare that people have seen this one and there was barely any info on it elsewhere. So in 2021 I went to my other account and noticed I can still watch the video even though it was deleted so I just responded it on here and hoped for the best 😅
