I haven't seen an episode of neighbours in over 15 years now. I used to watch it religiously back in the late 80s early 90s when it was all the rage lol. The last time I watched it on a daily basis was when Natalie Imbruglia was in it as Beth.

Michael Langley I think that was wHhen I started watching it, with people like Joe, Madge and Harold, Jim and Helen in it. But wasn't there once an opening scene that featured Nell Mangel (Joe's mum, I think she was) and Bouncer the dog?

Actually the theme as of today was introduced in 2007. The one Kezipoo is referring to was the same theme used in the one at 2.00

They have to change them to keep the show modern but I think most versions have been great. The 1992-1998 one is the best in my opinion, followed by the 2007-2013 - has the right blend of positivity and seriousness to reflect the show! The current one is just okay but the only one I think really sucked was the last one from 2013-2014.
