Annie/Jane easily carried off the '80s fashions effect - and looked great. I remember once she wore a kind of light mauve-coloured jacket - with such big shoulders it looked like she had a stack of tea towels stacked on each. And she still looked fabulous.

My first love looked a whole lot like Jane. She was 16 and i was 18. I was absolutely crazy about her, but she broke it off because she felt we were too young for a long term relationship. She was absolutely right of course, but i'm 56 now, and i still think about her every single day. 😞
