Everytime I hear this song I've got a lump in my throat and a smile on my face, used to run home from school to watch it, I am over the moon and back again that neighbours is coming back in April, everytime I watched the final episode I had to hold back the tears as I've watched it from the first episode, and to think that there was going to be no more Ramsay street, was crushing, so when I heard that Amazon freezee took it brought the smile back to my face, am so glad and am happy for the cast members too, who have done an amazing job for the last 37 years, can't wait to hear that theme tune again, 👍👍👍♥️♥️♥️🧡🧡💯💯💯

I'm with you on this. I lost track of it for several years and it was the murder island episodes that got me hooked. This was my childhood. Neighbours and Kylie Minogue. Great memories of my two siblings. My brother and I had a fight over a Jason donovan record and I fired it out the window. When I got married he secretly requested it and especially for you and we danced to it. My brother is a big burly guy but even he appreciates this era.

I haven't been a psychotic Jason fan. But always liked him well enough. I adore Kylie. But it makes me smile to see that he has made such a comeback.

This is just lovely! And I'm still impressed by the original editing in the finale, you would never guess that Guy Pearce was there on a different day to Jason and Kylie. I love how you merged the old and new and for those of us who watched from the start, this brought back so many memories. Hard to believe it will be 40 years next year since we all met the folk on Ramsay Street.

Brilliant. Well done! Was nearly distracted by what was going on in the video by the song and singing out loud along with it 😂

It's so iconic. I'm a dj and karaoke presenter and when they made their return I sang suddenly. One and only time. I think that song would have made more sense than especially for you just because that broke the fourth wall.

I loved how they used the intro to Especially For You, but this was brilliant. They should have done this in the episode. I wish the 2 of them had reminisced about the past. I wish Jim and Madge had been mentioned. What was done was great, I just wish more was said. I wish Scott and Charlene had done more with Paul. I’m both excited and disappointed that it’s coming back.

Was always amusing how the writers/trio developed amnesia about the post wedding period when chief bridesmaid, Jane,wanted to "know every part" of the groom... Hair today,gone tomorrow...

Australians, the whites, are mainly from the UK and left the cold UK and immigrated to the sun for the longest ,immigrants from the UK invading the land of the Aborigines the indigneos people how must they feel being invaded.

Actually people were sent to Australia from the UK as prisoners. Not immigration. Do your research. And what the hell does this have to do with a soap opera?
@marktaurus206 Жыл бұрын
@djnickuk1 Not all many yes we're convicts and in the 50s and 60s Australia had many Job opportunities than England had because England was in a mess after the war famine and poverty many English took the jobs in Australia and paid 10 to leave to go to Australia that's why they are called 10 pommes.

Mark, thanks for the history lesson. In fairness I'm not that wise to Australian history. I think if we looked at every culture in the world we would educate ourselves but who really does do that. I'm not sure what your point is in relation to this video unless you're protesting Australian born people getting acting jobs in Australia. However, I can speak to my own history and these people and programs and songs have been in my life since childhood. They remind me of the songs I loved in my teens, it's the thing I had most in common with my siblings and it was time spent and conversations and singalongs I had with my late mother. So, I can't speak to an entire nation. I can only speak for one family.
