Absolutely! We genuinely need to rally around Richard Simmons and remind him of the hope, resilience, and empathy he's bestowed upon us and countless individuals over the years. It's truly heartbreaking to witness how the media's relentless negativity has pushed him into seclusion. Richard has been a beacon of joy, yet we've allowed him to be cast aside and forgotten. It's time to show him the love and support he so rightfully deserves. ❤❤❤

It takes strength to be like Richard. He is forgiving, graceful, positive, encouraging, and he could be himself. And people hate that because many are bitter and unable to take all his good energy, they are fake. He is genuine and people make fun of him. He wants to make people happy and people make fun of him. It’s a crazy weird world we live in if that type of behavior is not acceptable or made fun of. I love Richard. He is a good person and deserves all the best.

Wow, now that it’s coming out that Richard might be in hiding due to “insecurities” I could certainly see why!! Nobody really took the man seriously in the 2000’s when his work started taking him to congress, it’s refreshing to see him take his power back in some subtle, some blunt ways, either way he delivers it smoother than butter and with such comedic grace❤️❤️❤️ I pray he comes back better than ever !!!!

I totally agree with Rich Simmons. I was a very active child. I don’t know about 2022, but in the 80s I walked to & from school. We played 30min of recess. We also had 30min of PE. I also played 2 hours before & after homework. I really believe in physical activity especially for children.
