My dad read us this story when it came out. I listen to the sound track often. I like many who have posted comments never tire of his music. It seems new every time. Never forget hearing the original hot august night album. A friend had the album and I would listen over and again with head phones . Still listening as I now steam off the web.

This song is about my life, the first song i heard of Neils, and I was a fan instantly, I was alone, in my bedroom reading, and listening to a transistor radio, and Shilo came on. Young child with dreams, and I was hooked. this song became and is still my favorite, I heard it live in Memphis. Neil Diamond is the best.

Yes, the more I listen the more I realize this was one of the greatest bands of all times! Including the "Waters Sisters" 😉 such a loss that we probably won't be from hearing them live again as an ensemble, but so blessed for the spect analog of videos and recordings from live concerts! I have seen some of the ' greats ' from Bruce Springsteen to Glen Campbell - all several times each , Neil I saw a 'mere'/ 'only'27 times from June '77 when I was a 16 year-young boy at The Palladium in London to his last U.K. tour in '17. Many of those present were well into a 100 plus N.D. concerts , some well past that . No one else got even close to what Mr. Diamond made happen between himself, his band and his audience . I was at The Greek in '12 for the last two concerts ... above and beyond ' mere ' words .

With all due respect,what is the point of telling me to get the aspect ratio right for videos I posted years ago?That is how the video ripped on my computer from the DVD.And It's not like you can replace the same video with the correct ratio on yt.

And if this is what happened when you did a transfer you did not understand means you should have learned first. I cannot enjoy this video because it looks so bad. Learn from my criticism.
