What a good speech, again, by Mr. Oliver. I am a Spanish citizen and feel what he said applies equally well to muy country. I think the trouble is that those who try to usurp the sobereignty of the people will always do it in the name of a supposed collective good, and they have the mass media and the education system to do the dirty job.

Does Charles III even read the Bible? Sadly, the entire anointing of a king (never a queen) belongs to the Old Testament, not the New Testament - which only contains anointing of Christ for burial (MARK 14:8), and the sick. No temporal rulers in spiritual matters… JAMES 5: 14 “Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.”

Charles has long violated his oath to his people with his machinations with the WEF. His views expressed at COP26 where truly horrifying and totalitarian. I am amazed that anyone who viewed his rollout speeches for the Great Reset and his COP26 speech, among others, would be anything but appalled at his becoming king.

As an American who watched bits and pieces of the ceremony, I was struck by 2 things. First, the number of prime ministers extant ( I did not count) but more importantly the King's hands on the Bible as he promised all the things Neil mentioned and honestly I listened very carefully. I am hoping he does indeed abide by his promises. The people of Great Britain deserve no less.

I agree wholeheartedly, that Andrew Bridgen is truly standing on his morals, and saying what needs to be said, about the alphabet soup organisations, their policies and their control of the organised agenda. . Neil Oliver, who has been a voice of reason, with words from his heart. What a voice too, everything so poetically explained, in order to inform, the people of this land. Dr. John Campbell is another person, speaking up, and not just sharing his platform, but using some revenue, made from his educational talks, to help others in another way. When the officers, doing there duty, protecting the public, were told to confiscate any anti monarchy placards and banners, this surely, at that very moment, became proof we cannot have free speech. Unless of course, it's the "correct speech", waving placards and banners, that were showing adoration for the Monarchy. It's not my business to tell people what their feelings are about the Monarchy, but SURELY, in a Democracy, when you are peacefully expressing your individual opinion, that right is yours and their banners should be allowed too ???

I totally agree with you, especially in regard to what the WHO are proposing at the moment. Any erosion of our freedom, especially by unelected persons taking power unto themselves, and away from us as a free Nation, is to be abhorred. If it is allowed to happen once it will create a precedent for future challenges to our individual sovereign liberty. Well said Neil, and at the right time too, after King Charle’s oath. Borrowing out of a children's story, Sort of gov looking in mirror and asking, "Who are the Fairest of All" From latter much can be extrapolated to ponder why wars, poor health, inflation, crisis, poverty, etc.

We're our own worst enemy: each of us could take an interest in politics so that we know what they're up to, each of us can find out how our MP has voted, how active he/she is in serving us and we are each free to take our complaints to our MP in person! Can you imagine if dozens of electors turned up at an MP's surgery expressing their dissatisfaction and demanding accountability?!! Instead, the vast majority are clueless and can barely be bothered to vote let alone do more. We get the politicians we deserve.

What's the "one" Alternative.. there are many forms of democracy. There are even other Constitutional Monarchies, like Norway, or Denmark where the people have much freedom, money and health care, no danger of anyone being arrested for demonstrations against Monarchy in those countries. There are Republics like Germany, France or Ireland where the people can decide if your time is up. The best chance for the best Government is the eternal cynicism of the people.

Followed your tireless work for many years first in your archeological work ,now the truth you speak - thank you. So the King has a fiduciary responsibility to the people of the UK - to put his subjects needs and desires above his or the crowns needs or desires. We in Australia are going through a terrible time with all things we take for granted in a democracy not unlike the UK struggles. As an ex member of the military I took the Oath for Queen and Commonwealth when I joined it was no small thing at the time and I remember the importance of such a declaration. We as a country are divided the Commonwealth or a Republic. Call me naive but we are in a unique club of sorts a dwindling club if you will as apart of the Commonwealth a club that gives us a sense of place and belonging. Thank you Neil for all you do and for your honesty allowing us to use the intelligence we were born with and not sugar coating or dumbing things down.

As someone who joined the Queens lifeguards and The Household Cavalry Regiment 16 and was doing ceremonial duties on horseback in London by the time I was 17, people might assume that I'm a die-hard royalist. But the truth is, I actually had no inclination towards being a royalist. I joined the army out of necessity - I was dyslexic in a time when dyslexia wasn't recognized, and I saw the army as a route to independence from my parents. While I was doing my ceremonial duties, I didn't have an appreciation or understanding for the ceremony and tradition that I was a part of. It's only in my older, wiser years that I've come to understand and appreciate the significance of these traditions. When you've found something that works, it's all too easy for it to be lost over generations unless it's repeated with the stories and ceremonies that complement it. So while I may not be a fervent royalist, I do have a deep respect for the traditions and ceremonies that have been passed down through the generations. I believe they play an important role in maintaining our cultural heritage and connecting us to our past. At the same time, I also recognize that traditions can evolve and change over time, and it's important to have a balance between preserving the old and embracing the new. As we move forward, it's up to all of us to find that balance and ensure that our traditions continue to have meaning and relevance in our lives.
