Ferrall lasted about 3 weeks at QAM before he was fired. This was the same pattern for his whole career on Terrestrial radio.

@@NeilRogersRadio I went through the playlist of 1987 shows of Uncle Neil and the first one that has Glen the Bird Hill is April 24, 1987.. and from that date until February 1990 is when The Bird was co host of Uncle Neil.. thank you for these shows.. they are amazing. ❤️ Laura & guide dog Rolf

I think Glen was the news guy on WINZ & would sit in with Neil when he was there, and then became the "official" sidekick when Neil moved to ZETA. I could be wrong though.

I really liked Ferrall. He talked sports, but didn't take it nearly as seriously as the jock sniffers on WQAM. He just pushed the envelope too far. Management was too nervous to keep him on the air. Terrestrial radio was not the place for him with all the FCC regs.
