I love the guy that made this. Making him sentient, making him drive underwater, even giving him different skins, all of which represent his different appearances throughout his movies (except Herbie Rides Again). I especially love the 1997 skin, mostly because a lot people, even Herbie fans, don't even know about that movie. I can just tell this guy is an avid Herbie fan.

The only times he was in the water in the movies was in Herbie Rides Again (Not in the mod. It's basically the Monte carlo version but with no silver gas tank and his tires are thin.) He also goes in the water in Herbie Goes Bananas (Again not in the mod but you have the rusty version when he gets out of the water.) He was thrown overboard into the ocean and was founded all rusty.
