16:02 what - UP switching BNSF J.B. Hunt containers (which I've very, very rarely seen on the UP)? is BNSF using UP power for its switching duties in this yard? seems like UP's helping BNSF with some of its stuff....

This yard is 49% owned by BNSF and 51% owned by UP (from what i was told). I used to work for UP in Oregon and the BN uses UP power at this particular yard to switch. Only time i was in there was when we took transfer trains from Albina to The Lake yard or departure trains from the lake to Seattle.

@@homeroortiz6958 Its a interchage yard up and bnsf supply the power. PTR employees switch the cars and build the trains for both
