日本語は時制が曖昧な言語なので、なかなか「まだ」や「最近」をつけるクセが抜けないですが、 I haven't done it. とか I've been studying English. を yetや recentlyを付けずに言えたらカッコいいですね!

ニック先生こんにちは。Thank you for uploading great videos! I’ve always been a music lover since I was a kid, so I've been watching various MV, concerts and huge music festivals on KZbin. Last week, I checked out almost all live-streamed artists in Coachella Weekend 1. Now I've been looking forward to Weekend 2 this weekend. 自分の実際の出来事で例文作ってみました😚

単語より時制で意味を表しているっていうのは、特になるほどと思った。I’ve always liked your videos. 1つ質問があります。過去完了形の例文では、短縮形を用いられなかったのはそれが自然なんですね。 When we got there it had finished. Not it’d When she came, I had already left. Not I’d When we met, I had been living in Japan for 20 years. Not I’d I’ve always liked your videos!!
Thank you for your this video clip. I feel like I understood the complete form for the first time!

目から鱗すぎて、感激しました。ニック先生ありがとうございます! 一つ質問があります。 I have already finished my homework.という文の場合は、「可能性」ではなく「今の時点の状態」を話しているように思います。 現在完了形は「可能性」と「今の時点の状態」の2つを表すと考えてよいでしょうか?

Hi,ニック先生!いつも観ていますが初めてコメントします。今回の主旨とはズレますが、未来完了形のところで when we get thereは未来形として扱うんですね!未来だから、will をつけてwhen we will get there と言うのかと思ってました。 I can learn many things in one video! Thank you.

Hi! Do you sell electric versions of your books and study materials you released recently? I live in the states and want to try your method👍
I like to read English books. I found that many paper books have about 30 chapters, so I read at least one chapter every day, after a month, I can read a whole book. I have been trying to remember all the unfamiliar words in the book since 2016.

いつもわかりやすい動画ありがとうございます! We have known each other since childhood. He lost his watch which his brother had gave him as a birthday present.
Concerning the difference between the past and the past perfect tense, you TAUGHT us before. However, I think those senses are not easy for Japanese people to understand, because we always say “しました” for the past things and it’s so easy to describe. Whereas, this time you HAVE taught us about the future perfect tense giving us an example of almost 20 years. Maybe even if I EVER have the chance to talk about this kind of duration, I’d say “It will be 20 years next month since I STARTED to live here.” focusing on the time, not the performance, ”have been living”, itself. So, to get used to this kind of senses, I think to jump into the English only world is the only way to master, not to speak English translating Japanese word by word. Anyway, thank you for another GREAT LESSON!! I’ll ALWAYS try to do it!!

日を置いて、なんか少しずつニュアンスが分かって来た気がする。その後、完了形になっている文をよく注目するようになりました。今、分からなくても疑問を持ち続けるのも大事だなぁと思います😂 動画の他に、ニックさんが作った「話せる英文法」と「1枚英会話」の本もやっています! ライティングもとても私に大切なので、テンプレートという方法で凄くはかどります。面白いとさえ感じて。今日は、This is where 文をやってみました。 This is where I can progress in my English . ですね~🌠 でも、progress は自動詞なんだろうか、他動詞なのだろうか、こういうのは難しい。辞書にはどっちも載っているので😅 上の文には、in を付けてみました。動画や本は、疑問がすぐ解決しないのが課題ですね~📝👓 Always thanks !!

Hi Nick! いつも楽しい動画をありがとうございます! 完了形と過去形使い分けたい時には(可能性)があるかないかを考えるんですね。 分かりやすすぎます。 ニック先生教えてください🙇 What who の疑問文の使い方の動画見させていただきました。 最近、以下のような例文に出会ったのですが、which もwhat やwho と同じように肯定分に入れて疑問文としてできるということでしょうか? Which soup tastes good?

Hi Nic! I've been your biggest fan ever since I watched your video. You've been always handsome and smart.
とても興味深くためになる動画をありがとうございます。 初級編は理解できた気がするのですが、alwaysの使い方で一つ質問です。 She’s always had short hair. この分で、もし彼女はずっとショートヘアだった訳ではない。と、否定したい場合は She isn’t always had short hair.で良いのでしょうか? だいぶ前の動画なのでご覧になるか分からないですが、返信いただけると嬉しいです。
