Well, looking at her Quirk by itself it is very powerful. We could already see how strong the waves she generates are. First when she knocked those two giant villains out on season 4 and then at season 5 when she destroyed Todoroki giant ice wall. And that was with only level 30. From what i know from the manga she can go up to level 100! She can also use it to fly

Writers often uses the lilies to hint the viewers if the character is a lesbian. Ship her with Yuyu 0:41 that pink hair girl since this fandom love making all characters gay for no reason and harass the writer for not including gay characters when he already has. (Why I'm telling yall to ship her with Yuyu: in yuyu's info page Horikoshi mentioned that Yuyu thinks Nejire is the cutest thing ever in the universe.
