After credits for season 2 episode 12/13 (can't remember the exact episode but it was immediately after the sports festival ended). MHA randomly puts actually important scenes in the after credits sometimes, I personally really dislike when shows do this, either never put in after credits or always put them in because if you do them randomly it's likely most people will miss them due to not being conditioned to expect them

When Deku and Uraraka and other heroes grows up, they're going to realize the depressing reality of being a superhero: 1. Realizing the selfish reasons why people become heroes (Gratitude respect, fame, fortune) 2. Heroes are always unintentionally making new enemies 3. Always constantly training and barely having anytime for friends and family and other people who cared for you from the start 4. The physical and psychological long term damage (Look at how PTSD affects military veterans when exposed to the dehumanizing effects of war) 5. Villains are always targeting your loved ones, just to get back at you 6. Realizing that no matter how many bad guys they defeat there will always be new enemies, in other words their heroic deeds makes little difference 7. The people that they inspire to become superheroes will follow in their footsteps will also fall victim to this depressing reality and this vicious cycle will repeat itself over and over again with each new generation. *BONUS* : Imagine the massive student debt they'll have to pay once they graduate (So i don't think Ochaco is going to be helping out her family anytime soon)

The superhero genre is mainly meant for entertainment, the meaningful message of heroism is not meant to be applied irl

I don't really think "massive" student debt will be a factor, at least not for everyone. That's the sort of thing that would have to be taken into account when a young hero gets scouted by an agency. And there are a lot of agencies, which shouldn't be possible if most young heroes went broke right out of school. I don't think there's been any real mention of new heroes actually getting paid, but they must somehow. It's their job and takes up all of their time, what else could they do for money at the same time? It can't possibly be entirely unpaid volunteer work. Some students like Shouta and Momo come from wealthy families, so even if there was a debt, it wouldn't be a problem for them. I suspect that with pro heroes, so long as they at least attempt to minimize property damage, the government somewhat looks the other way on the financial burden heroes would cause, since the damage would be much worse if nobody stopped the villains. And I'm sure taxes paid by citizens help some, personally I'd be happy to pay taxes if I knew it was going to a hero that might save my life, or my entire city. What would make the most sense to me is that heroes and their agencies are funded by a mix of civilian taxes, government grants, and of course any wealthy people they either save or work privately for. Also any UA alumni who happen to be wealthy (or maybe got that way through hero work) may contribute to the school. (And maybe anytime a mob ring is busted up, any dirty money found... vanishes and mysteriously the heroes involved get a fat paycheck...) Also I think you underestimate the power of reputation. If you make a name for yourself as a hero, you can live off that fame for years and save up a pretty penny. All Might certainly could have, you see a whole wall of merchandise in Izuku's room. Every hero isn't going to reach that height, but I suspect if you're on the charts for several years, and either help enough or the right people, you can find someone who will repay your service somehow. Even if it's just free donuts for life at a cafe you saved. Deku is already inspiring young kids who, assuming they survive that long, might reach out to help him in the future.
