Arrancars swords are zanpaktos, the release is just called resurrection. I don't believe hollows regress after they become arrancars.

Thanks for the clarification Snow! and ahh interesting. Do you know if they are stuck where they are when they become arrancars? Like can they progress if one isn't a Vasto Lorde?

@@TalentedForeverOrg Yes they can but it varies, Like during the flashback with Grimmjow and his fraccion, some have the potential to reach it eventually and others do not.
