:-ingredients.
Fish preparing👉.
1" kg, illai fish.
1" tbls Salt.
1/2" tbls ' turmeric powder.
3" tbls ' red chilli powder.
4" tbls ' oil.
Mix well.
Marinate the fish for 30" minutes
.
:- fry method.
1" tbls ' coriander seeds.
1/2" tbls ' Fenugreek.
1" tbls ' cumin seeds.
Turn off the flame.
Keep it a side.
Big lemon size tamarind.
Water.
Soaked 10" minutes.
:- cooking methods.
Heat 5" tbls ' of oil in a pan.
1" tbls ' buy seeds.
Add one big size chopped onion.
3" green chillies.
1" tbls ' cumin garlic paste.
Saute until onions turns golden brown in colour.
2" chopped tomatoes.
Mix well.
Saute tomatoes for 2-3 minutes.
Add marinate fish in curry.
Mix well.
Cook it for 2 " minutes.
Add tamarind water.
Add curry leaves.
Cook for 10"minutes.
Crushing masala seeds in roti.
Ready powder.
Add the blended power.
Cook it for 2 " more minutes.
Fish curry is ready.
