I think it is a cute little house. The only 2 things I would change is take out the pantry /bookshelves in the living area so you could actually have a small little living space and just a different type of toilet because that was kinda bad showing a bucket with a plastic trash bag but in all reality that is all you basically need. I don't know why they won't give prices on what they cost when people ask in a comment but I can't see this one costing you that much money but for as short as it is I think it has enough space inside with the suggestions I made. Great job and god bless.💕

My only question, which is normally my first is: Do you live in a tiny house on wheels and if so, can we see a video of your house? I've found that a lot of retailers for tiny houses don't live in there own product and you can tell by thee designs that they don't put a huge amount of forethought into there designs.
@willtato87784 жыл бұрын
yes. A prime example is a small sink. That's an easy way to tell I've found.

Lovely looking little place, but there's nowhere comfy to sit! I have to echo other comments and say the mud room has to go, and I wonder if the kitchen unit could be put on casters so that it can be moved around to create more space? I'd like to see at least one comfortable chair, and maybe a pop-up desk for a computer. Good work though, I'm impressed.
@TheSkeetergirl11 жыл бұрын
Is the storage box in the corner fixed? I think I would rather see a cushy chair. I guess you would have to buy one at IKEA and assemble it yourself though. I love it though!

you know if you made one of the sleeping loft windows a bay type you could put a conventional mattress in through there. that would decrease the limitations of mattresses. or use a bottom open swing up window so you can have them open in the rain too. just a thought

I've noticed with these newer companies breaking into the tiny house market a trend towards better use, or more well planned use of interior space, particularly in dealing with storage, compared to the original Tumbleweed designs. However, in this instance, aesthetics have been sacrificed in favor of function. Can't we have both? A tiny house that is architecturally appealing as well as functional.

I like this layout! However, I would get rid of the bookshelf at the end of the bathroom and extend the bathroom out that little bit and try to get rid of the wet bathroom. That's a huge stainless bar so I'd recess the stove top and put a small decorative heat shield on the wall. I'd change to an on-demand water heater, cover it & put it outside over the tongue so as not to use up valuable storage inside. I'd also get rid of the built in bench as I'm not a fan of hard furniture (except dining chairs of course)....Great job guys....Here it is 2 years later are you still offering this model?

Awesome tiny house!
@krayzel11 жыл бұрын
From the outside this thing looks pretty small but because it's a bit taller it really utilizes every little space and I think it's a perfect size for 1 person. I'd put a bigger sitting furniture so that it can be a guest bed. And if the bathroom stretched out a half yard from the shower, it would be perfect.

I love the layout but that wasted 2ish feet in front of the door is killing me. Staying tiny is great but the whole key to a tiny house is using every inch of space efficiently and that is tons of usable space that goes to waste doing nothing. Other than that, Truly an absolutely gorgeous home and I -LOVE- the dormers in the loft and that small tree branch in the bookshelves. Great artistic touch that really made a difference.
