Cannot wait for 2024. It’s gonna feel so wrong going to Alton Towers and not being able to ride Nemesis. But perchance she’s not dead, but sleepeth. Hopefully Nemesis can get the grade ii listing of the woodies at Pleasure Beach and be around forever. 1994-2022

So nice that Alton towers is saving this legendary ride to give it a longer lifespan just like Hulk at Islands of adventure. Now as far as I'm concerned since this ride will be getting its new track unfortunately I think they will be switching to the new trains with the new shoulder harness design just like banshee at Kings Island which I've heard aren't the most comfortable but who knows maybe they would go with the original B&M over the shoulder restraint because B&M still can design those type of restraints. I mean we've seen it happen with Hulk and Monster at Grona Lund.

We will have to wait and see. As the rust wasn't natural, and was sprayed onto the track to give it an old rustic look, there is every chance it will return!

It's already closed. It was demolished over the winter period 😉
