Why did nemesis opt to go ability haste and double hp scaling instead of the regular double adaptive?

I prefer ability haste since it scales better, double hp is also a preference, you can definitely do 1 adaptive if you want

Hwei's mostly go aery nowadays, it's more reliable but you can use comet vs very high range/champions you won't be autoing much
