Question if you are new player, depending on personal money, do you agree this is a correct order to buy things if you want variety: 1) Original pack (Nemesis + Voidseeders + Aftermath) : 125$ 2) Retaliation: 109$ 3) Medic: 10$ 4) Untold Stories 1,2,4: 27$ ----- 5) Extras: acrylic pack, terrains, etc 6) Lockdown + Untold Stories 7) Carnomorh 8) Kings, etc I plan on stopping at #4, looks a correct way to get things, or do you prioritize something else different? Any promo that stands out? Thanks!

Hi, great video. I am really excited and can't wait to play this as a big fan of all nemesis games. Regarding size, I am not sure but I think they said in one of the updates that characters will stay the same size and only intruders will be scale down a little bit to the way we see them on gamefound campaign.

This looks like better option to play, if you are not so much into survival part... and fighting Invaders is not so good idea in most cases in standard Nemesis.

I actually watched the other vids that showed preview playthrough which is what convinced me to back this. I only played Nemesis twice and not necessarily my fav game due to how punishing it feels and being more about survival. Retaliation feels like we are better equipped to fight back or at least die with an empty M41A2 pulse rifle and a litter of alien corpses around me. Interested in coming back and hear what you think after you watched some of the preview plays instead.

On the fence, I really enjoyed the last two. Just have hard time getting it to table with my small game group, the aliens movie is my favorite so thinking this will be my favorite of the games

I skipped lockdown as it felt too samey to original nemesis. Im thinking about this one. love the run and gun 'Aliens movie'' vibe

Just an fyi, you dont need nemesis for lockdown either. As far as old characters it sounds like they will get some new cards and they will play like Ripley in aliens they are a consultant not a fighter. The untold stories books are actually very good esepcially number 2. I wish the thr terrain was just the doors and eggs as it would be an easy pass, but because the robots are in there seems like you will want it. The mat and art book totally unnecessary. That said, if you don't own any of them, you are interested, and dont mind waiting, id say no brainer, back. Unless you are someone who changes wants a lot. The game wont get to you until sometime in 2025. If you own the others Then you don't need this. It will either not get played or it will replace what you have, because how much of this system are you really going to play. I've watched a bunch of streamers talk about this game and they are trying so hard to sell this game. I get they got paid to make the video so I don't begrudge them, but it's just more of the same. Yes I know the differences but it is still basically the same game.

Yeah I understand the desire to hype up the product you are trying to promote especially when it’s a paid video. I’ve done those before and I don’t fault them at all - but like you said - how different from previous games is this really going the be? Probably not much.

I am fully behind this game. While I do like the original over lockdown I like the games themes and miniatures. Plus all these stretch goals announcements have been awesome. Plus I was hoping for a game like Aliens for a long time, the GF9 “another day in the corps” almost hits the spot but nemesis as a game system has it all there.

This looks like a great game to invest in, unfortunately due to the time of year I wish they had waited a month or two. Doesn't seem to affected its sales though!

I love the idea of games like this, but getting a group together to play, for me, is the hard part. I had to pass on Return to Dark Tower, too.

​@@shadowops62 they just did a reprint with a new expansion. you can get it online probably better price than you find at pax. The 2 expansions can't be used together but you can use all heroes across all games but just keep in mind if you decide to buy.
