Nemesis: Scout Solo-Playthrough

Loving all these quality contents man!!!! That contamination draw was brutal in the end >.< Just a few things I spotted while enjoying the video: 11:30 - You can't search while there's an intruder in the room (see top right search card icon of crossed out gun) 23:27 - The intruder should not have moved, choosing a number only happens when more than 1 neighboring rooms of the intruder has another player in them. 36:22 - Unless there's difference for solo rule, since this is your second action, you technically ended your turn ("round" in Nemesis) in that room, hence, you should have taken a fire damage 37:17 - Unless there's difference for solo rule, fire damage at end of each large round ("turn" in Nemesis) only effects intruders, not players 45:17 - If you rolled a claw when there's an intruder beside you, instead of putting noise markers all around, the intruder moves into your room 51:21 - You are supposed to decide how many card to keep / discard the moment u pass before the intruder attack / fire / event / development phases, hence, introducing dilemma that if you want to get rid of that contamination card, you leave yourself more vulnerable to surprise attacks 57:34 - If you draw a blank during an encounter draw, you should have filled every path in that room with noise, hence, getting on that escape pod would have been quite difficult. (this is a big one *wink*)

At your first encounter you searched the room with the intruder. You cannot search a room in combat.

I hope you do more vids. You're entertaining to watch. The scout is my fave too. I just painted her today. I watched your Nemesis character breakdown so I discovered the TRAIT cards were from the Aftermath expansion.

Danger roll at 45:13, shouldn't that have moved the adult intruder into the room with you and forced you to resolve an encounter? Book says the following for danger roll: "If there is an intruder in the neighboring room (and it is not in combat with any character), move it to this room. If there is more than one intruder eligible, move them all." Noise markers being added to all non-noisy corridors is only when an intruder is not present in a neighboring room. I def don't mean to sound legalistic over the rules, I'm new and only have two games under my belt. I could be misunderstanding something. That said, keep up the content, I am very much appreciating the Nemesis videos!

When you search in an White Room, you have to choose one of the three Colors, and not one of each!

Great video! Just one question: why do you divide and round the number of searches that are available in each room? Did not find anything about that in the rules.

It's a solo rule mentioned in the rule book under Solo mode.

I think at 31:55 since you are slimed, the "quiet" noise roll actually becomes a danger roll nevermind looks like you caught it urself :)

Nice video , you should do another vote excluding the scout next time. Bad luck. One other thing, when you search a white room you choose 1 of the colour items and pick 2 cards and choose one from that colour. Keep it up , you seem to be enjoying the game.

Thanks Wayne! Yah that freakin sucked... last card too! 🤣 I was using the Scouts trait card which let me draw 3 . 1 card from each deck, and discard 2. It was off camera so thats my bad! I may just use the 2nd most popular vote from the video and go with them! Mechanic or Captain I think itd be! Thanks so much for checkin it out and voting! 🤘😁
