What an absolutely fascinating game. I had the chance to pick this up a long time ago but passed because I thought it was yet another Space Hulk-style game. Now of course, I want it and it's as rare as hen's teeth. Bugger.

Good walkthrough. It would be nice if you had a second camera set to the player board so we could see what happens on it. (I know, easy for me to say, "Paul, get a second camera." Lol.) So at about 28:05 you added noise tokens because you were 'slimed' but what does being slimed actually entail? Curious. Still deciding if this would make a worthwhile purchase at this stage. Nemesis: Lockdown looks interesting but to buy both would set me back almost $350 Can! Not sure if I want to spend that much for a game that takes a while to setup/teardown and needs a pretty dedicated group of gamers. :-( Anyway, great job on the playthru!

At 15:57 you indicate that in solo mode you can do as many actions as you want before you pass. Is this in the rules? I just started playing solo the other day and I didn't ready that but feel like it would be a much better experience. Curious about this. Cool series BTW.

You still play two actions per turn, you just take consecutive turns so you still suffer damage if you end your second action in a room on fire for example

Thanks for the video, perfect timing,. The kick starter is about to open for Nemesis Lockdown and the original game. For solo play only, are any of the extras worth it. Or just stick to the core game ?

Good run-through. I am still not 100% on this. I feel a bit of card building may have been an improvement, not much but say another 10 each. If you play the same character you get the same 10 cards and you need to go to the same location to get your improvement and it got a bit boring after an hour and I only played once. Yes I realise this isn't much to go on so I better try again.

Hi, some People say it Looses so much without the Hidden objektives of Multiplayer. To the Point that it is a Bad game in coop solo. I Played it once 4 Player, that was awesome. Waiting on my all in German Edition still, going to play Mostly solo. Whats your opinion?

I would say multi-player game 9/10 . . . solo maybe 7/10 but that's just my opinion. It does lose that paranoia playing solo, but it's still a pretty fun game playing alone. Thanks for watching along!

Hold on a second...is you are slimed and roll and X, don't you put a noise token in EVERY corridor? includen the number 1 that already have one noise token?

Yes, if you are slimed and roll the X you treat it as if you rolled a Danger symbol (the three slashes). The Danger symbol means any intruders in adjacent rooms (if they are not in combat) move to your area, otherwise you place a noise token in every corridor including the technical corridor if it doesn't already have one. Otherwise you don't double up on the noise tokens. Thanks for watching along!

I have this and quite liked it. The down side for me was the fact that you keep the same cards throughout the game so it got a bit boring.
