That massive instagram storm in March over Sister Dennis’s comment that LDS women have more power and authority than any other religious organisation she knows about-that was the final straw for my tolerance of the Mormon patriarchy…and incidentally led to my discovering Nemo’s channel and Peter’s and John Dehlin’s, etc. March 2024 was a pivotal news month for me.

Although I like the year-end summary, I am not a fan of charade type guessing games (I do appreciate the format took a lot of time to prepare). I would prefer 12 slides (one for each month) with the top stories delineated and guests providing appropriate comments.

Actually I believe Mr Beast and his friend and co-creator (who is in hot water rn for grooming allegations) both come from Mormon families or were raised Mormon adjacent? Like the town they grew up in is historically Mormon. Do not recommend watching Beast Games either. People almost died. Weren't given medication, food, or female sanitary products. At least 5 people ended up in hospital. They're taking Mr Beast to court. Sadly he has a long history of treating people horribly.
